    Je kon al verschillende keren lezen dat we vanuit de fasciatherapie de persoon in zijn totaliteit benaderen.

    Maar wat betekent dat nu concreet?

     

    Onze unieke methode werkt in op 4 niveaus van de persoon:

    We zoomen even in op elk niveau.

    1. Zijn biologie en biomechanica:
    Gespannen weefsel en pijnlijke zones worden met zachte diepgaande technieken behandeld om zo bewegingsvrijheid en bewegingskwaliteit te vergroten.
    Via sensoriële bewegingstherapie wordt er gekeken naar hoe we de beweging, indien nodig vloeiender kunnen maken.

    2. Zijn fysiologie:
    Door deze specifieke manier van werken heb je niet alleen een impact op de structuur van het weefsel maar ook op fysiologische systemen. Zoals het stresssysteem, het pijn-verwerkend systeem, maar ook het vasculair systeem bv.  Dat zorgt voor een groter impact bij somatisch onverklaarbare klachten.

    3. Zijn psycho-socio-emotionele niveau:
    Tijdens een behandeling fasciatherapie leert de persoon zijn aandacht op een andere manier gebruiken. Hij leert zijn lichaam niet enkel waarnemen, maar ook beleven. Dit zorgt dat hij anders gaat kijken naar zijn klachten.

    4. Het existentiële:
    Doordat de persoon via zijn lichaam zichzelf bewust leert waarnemen krijgt hij toegang tot nieuwe informatie. Dit kan hem inzichten geven over zichzelf om tot actie te komen en zo zijn levenskwaliteit te verbeteren of een nieuwe wending te geven aan z’n leven.

    Zoals je ziet, is een behandeling fasciatherapie heel rijk en het opent heel wat mogelijkheden in het benaderen van de persoon en zijn klachten.
