    “Hoe verfijn je als bewegingspedagoog de autonomie van je patiënt?”.

    Thema’s die aan bod zullen komen zijn:

    • de functionele en levende globaliteit van de fascia, gelinkt aan het emotioneel leven van de patiënt.
    • de impact van traag bewegen op de fysiologie van de fascia.
    • toepassing van het stappenplan bij het aanleren van sensoriële gymnastiek.
    • de basis voor het aanleren van ‘sensoriële fitness’.

    Deze masterclass kondigt zich dus veelbelovend aan voor al de fasciatherapeuten die hun kennis en inzicht in Fasciatherapie en tegelijkertijd hun relatie met het gevoelige willen verdiepen.

     

    Objectif  du stage: Savoir comment accompagner le patient à développer son pouvoir d’agir sur sa santé à travers le mouvement lent et rythmique.

    Thèmes abordés :

    • La globalité fonctionnelle et vivante du fascia et son lien avec la vie émotionnelle du patient
    • L’action du mouvement lent sur la physiologie du fascia
    • Application du stepping dans la pédagogie de la gymnastique sensorielle.
    • Pédagogie de base du “sensorial fitness”
