Mais qu’est-ce que cela signifie concrètement?

Notre méthode unique agit sur 4 niveaux de la personne:

Abordons brièvement chaque niveau.

1. Sa biologie et sa biomécanique:
Les tissus tendus et les zones douloureuses sont traités par des techniques douces et profondes pour gagner en liberté et en qualité de mouvement.
Grâce à la thérapie par le mouvement sensoriel, nous cherchons à rendre le mouvement plus fluide, si nécessaire.

2. Sa physiologie:
Par cette méthode de travail spécifique, vous avez non seulement un impact sur la structure des tissus, mais aussi sur les systèmes physiologiques. Comme le système du stress, le système de traitement de la douleur, mais aussi le système vasculaire, par exemple, qui a un impact important sur les plaintes somatiques inexpliquées.

3. Son niveau psycho-socio-émotionnel:
Pendant un traitement de fasciathérapie, la personne apprend à utiliser son attention d’une manière différente. Elle apprend non seulement à percevoir son corps, mais aussi à le vivre. Cela l’amène à regarder ses plaintes différemment.

4. L’existentiel:
En apprenant à se percevoir consciemment à travers son corps, la personne accède à de nouvelles informations. Cela peut lui permettre de mieux se connaître et de prendre des mesures pour améliorer sa qualité de vie ou donner une nouvelle orientation à sa vie.
