    Inkijk in een anamnese van een fasciatherapeut:

    Tijdens de anamnese bevraag ik niet enkel de klacht, maar neem ik graag de tijd om in te gaan op aspecten die mogelijk betrekking hebben op het stresssysteem.

     

    Topics die bovenop de standaard anamnese kunnen aangehaald worden zijn:

    − Het slaappatroon (door- en/of inslaapproblemen?)
    − Het energieniveau van de persoon (overdrive of net lusteloos?)
    − Spijsverteringsmoeilijkheden
    − Concentratiestoornissen
    − Gemoedstoestand (snel geagiteerd, geëmotioneerd, …)
    − Verandering in engagement t.o.v. sociale activiteiten
    − Andere klachten: benauwd, duizeligheid, hoofdpijn, …

     

    De anamnese op deze manier uitbreiden geeft mij een beeld van hoe stress een impact kan hebben op de klachten van de patiënt.
    Bij zeer gespannen patiënten merk ik op dat ze veel van deze bevraagde aspecten herkennen. Door hier dieper op in te gaan krijg ik frequent te horen dat ze zich gehoord voelen in het geheel van hun klachtenpatroon.
    Op het einde van dit gesprek laat ik de patiënt graag nog even de concrete hulpvraag formuleren om te kijken of de verwachtingen realistisch zijn. Soms spreken ze hier niet eens over de pijn maar eerder over het feit dat ze rust nodig hebben, terug willen sporten om zo hun vrienden vaker te zien, zich beter in hun vel willen voelen, …
