Tegenwoordig wordt algemeen aanvaard dat ons innerlijk leven, al onze gedachten en emoties wel degelijk een invloed uitoefenen op ons lichaam en onze gezondheid in het algemeen. Wanneer onze gedachten zoveel vermogen voor ons lichaam, kan men zich ook de omgekeerde vraag stellen: Kan ons lichaam ons helpen beter te denken?
