De vasculaire fasciatherapie en de pulsologie hebben binnen de manuele therapie nog altijd iets mysterieus. In dit boek ontsluiert Nadine Quéré de geheimen en de troeven ervan.
Het is een volledig overzicht dat start met de eerste onderzoeken van Danis Bois over dit onderwerp en zijn interesse voor de ideeën van Andrew Taylor Still. Alle facetten komen aan bod: de anatomische achtergrond, de specifieke technieken en handgrepen, de typische kenmerken en interacties van de arteriën en tot slot een aantal uitgewerkte toepassingen. Ter illustratie zijn er duidelijke anatomische tekeningen (van de hand van Myriam Valet) en foto’s opgenomen.
Dit werk is bestemd voor iedere practicus die zich (verder) wenst te verdiepen in een manuele benadering van het lichaam, inclusief de vasculaire dimensie.
Nadine Quéré is kinesitherapeute, fasciatherapeute, gediplomeerd in de perceptieve pedagogie van de beweging, co-directrice van de School voor Fasciatherapie in Parijs en als onderzoeker verbonden aan het CERAP/UFP. Ze werkt sinds 1984 nauw samen met Prof. Danis Bois.
