Stappenplan voor registratie en betaling in KMO-portefeuille.
Hieronder doorlopen we de procedure om 30% korting te verkrijgen op het opgegeven bedrag van onze opleidingen.
1. Aan de slag! Aanloggen op de KMO-portefeuille
Klik “vraag hier je subsidie aan”. Houd de PIN code van je elektronische identiteitskaart bij de hand. Ben je die vergeten? Vraag er dan een nieuwe aan bij je gemeente.
2. Een nieuwe subsidie aanvragen
In het scherm dat volgt, kies je de NACE-codes van je professionele activiteit . Je kan enkel kiezen uit de NACE-Codes die in je bedrijfsstatuten vermeld staan. De codes hieronder zijn louter voorbeelden. Als zorgverstrekker selecteer je wat het best aansluit bij jouw activiteiten. Voor een zorgverstrekker is dat bijvoorbeeld: “overige menselijke gezondheidszorg” met NACE-code 86909
Nadat je de juiste NACE-code hebt gekozen klik je op “GA VERDER”
In het scherm dat volgt, vul je de gegevens van de opleiding in.
Bij “kost van de inschrijving” vul je het bedrag in van de opleiding. Wij zijn vrijgesteld van BTW, waardoor al onze bedragen het juiste bedrag is om in te vullen.
Klik op GA VERDER en geef het erkenningsnummer van vzw ELB (Educatieve lichaamsbeweging)
Dit is DV.O109442 (Registratienummer bij overheid) en klik op “selecteer”
Ten slotte bevestig je de samenvatting van je aanvraag
Storting en subsidie
Na je bevestiging, krijg je een betalingsuitnodiging voor het bedrag (70%). Het Agentschap Innoveren en Ondernemen zal de subsidiebijdrage van het totale bedrag storten.
Men zal u een mail sturen met de samenvatting en de juiste rekeningnummers van Sodexo incl. de gestructureerde mededeling.
OPGELET! Pas nadat jij én het Agentschap Innoveren en Ondernemen hebben gestort, kan je de overdracht aan vzw ELB bevestigen.
Ga er dus niet vanuit dat alles in orde is na jouw betaling maar wacht een paar dagen tot ook het Agentschap heeft gestort en bevestig dan definitief de overdracht. Hiervan zal je per mail van op de hoogte gesteld worden. Dan pas is de procedure volledig afgerond en is je inschrijving en betaling definitief.
