{"id":17215,"date":"2025-08-08T10:04:36","date_gmt":"2025-08-08T08:04:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.fascia.be\/?page_id=17215"},"modified":"2025-09-03T16:37:00","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T14:37:00","slug":"wat-is-somato-psychopedagogie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/staging.fascia.be\/fr\/somato-psychopedagogie\/wat-is-somato-psychopedagogie\/","title":{"rendered":"Wat is somato-psychopedagogie?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Somato-psychopedagogie is eenvoudigweg een praktijk die zich specifiek richt op de interacties tussen lichaam en geest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De term somato-psychopedagogie kan&nbsp;dan wel&nbsp;ingewikkeld klinken, maar is in werkelijkheid eenvoudig begrijpbaar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Somato<\/strong>&nbsp;betekent lichamelijk, want deze originele aanpak leert om het lichaam fijner waar te nemen en te ervaren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Somato-psycho<\/strong>&nbsp;geeft aan dat deze methode het verband tussen lichaam en psych\u00e9 bestudeert, en dit in twee richtingen. Het gaat hierbij om een pedagogische benadering, niet om psychologische of therapeutische hulpverlening. We zijn geen psychologen, psychotherapeuten, psychoanalytici of kinesitherapeuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een opleiding in SPP kan echter wel een waardevolle aanvulling en verruiming betekenen voor professionals uit deze domeinen.
